do u have the map where u see the map content and data ?
it appears that the XNALara does not work at all with XNA 4.0. i had to uninstall it, and install XNA 3.0 from microsoft and it runs normally

but u can also make the 3D models movements and so on in it
I never got MMD to work, so maybe this programm will be a good alternative.
